How To Use a MDC

How To Step 1 - Fill Form with Pencil

1. Complete Data Form on both sides.

*NOTE: Always use a PENCIL for filling out data form. Pens tend to smear, and also pencil allows for you to update information changes.

2. Fold Data Form, insert into MDC, then tuck in flap.

3. Peel and stick on the left side or zip tie for backpacks.

Safe on all helmet surfaces.
